In 1978, our founder Ravi Rawal ran the Zanskar when no Indian had. He pioneered the Tons in 1981 and Himalayan skiing in 1979 — a lifetime of firsts turned into a way of travelling India nobody else can offer.
Today UTAS is led with Neeru Rawal, who hosts guests in English, Spanish, French and Hindi — and who answers personally when something matters at 3am in the mountains.
